Turnaround Times

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your item to be shipped as each item is made to order, if needed sooner please email me at [email protected] before purchasing. 

Postage

All items are sent via regular mail with Australia Post. They are packaged safely using bubble wrap and posted in boxes to prevent items from being damaged in transit. Once your order has been shipped, Tana & co will accept no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. 

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is only used for the purpose of processing your order. 
We will never give out any of your information to a third party, or record any transaction details.

Exchanges

Tana & co does not accept exchanges for change of mind. Tana & co will happily replace items if they are faulty, Please contact via email with proof of fault with a photo of the item. When an item is incorrect due to the fault of the customer, e.g. requested the wrong colour or size, you will need to purchase a replacement.
